Dwayne is also a believer for training the next generation Biblical counselors. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of numerous online articles and a contributor in Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Changing Lives with God's Changeless Truth (eds. Kelleman & Viars).
