April Lockhart
April Lockhart born 4 July 1995. She started piano and guitar lessons in seventh grade. This sparked curiosity. April's very first song was called Different, which she wrote at the age of 12. In her 14th year, April devoted much of her time singing and writing songs. Over the next few years, she took notes along with her father on trips to LA in addition to NY. April was also able to add other themes in the tune "Take My Hand" to help her the friends she had who struggled with issues such as peer pressurization disabilities, and even teens who committed suicide. Lockhart has her own following and works as a lifestyle blogger with the well-known Ilia clean beauty brand. As a woman born with no left hand, she is a major part of herself. It's however not the entire tale. The profile of Lockhart on Twitter does not shy away from her status as disabled and does not concentrate on the fact that she is disabled. It's a message. It's crucial to understand that we all have numerous faces. Our identities vary and we're much more than our bodies. It's not my intention to let that define me I don't wish to become a disability influencer in which I only discuss because there are so many other aspects to me Lockhart speaks via video from her home in Nashville. It doesn't affect my life. Everything is normal and I've learned to adapt. But it's also a part of me and I feel it's important to talk about. Lockhart has been a great inspiration to her fellow women with regards to acceptance of oneself. However, she acknowledges going through phases with her body, at times, not being confident in wearing particular types of clothes that showed how much of her body. She wears what she likes and proudly posts pictures of herself dressed in outfits she picks out on social platforms. Self-love for her was an extended process. The same is true for everybody regardless of level of insecurity. I think it's important to surround yourself with people who are able to see and know your true heart.
